The second annual CTKC New Year’s Eve Lock-In will take place on December 31st. Board members present discussed a discounted price for those who registered early ($5.00); and a higher cost ($10) for those who registered after a certain deadline. Limiting the number of participants to 100 was also discussed due to the limited number of adult volunteers available to help supervise the youth.
A meeting to discuss the Lock-In was scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 21 at 7 p.m. A suggestion was made to ask Billy Alonzo to research big prizes to be drawn at the end of the event. Like last year, parishioners will again be asked to donate gift cards as prizes that can be drawn for throughout the evening. Discussion of needed food and party-type items was discussed and given to Lupe.
