The Catholic Communication Campaign (CCC) follows the Holy Father’s direction that we make good use of our digital presence in the world by making it easy to access the important ideals of the Catholic faith online and through television, radio, and print media.
Today we support the Holy Father in his charitable works. The Peter’s Pence Collection is taken up worldwide to support the most disadvantaged: victims of war, oppression, and natural disasters and others in need of emergency assistance. Be a pilgrim of charity —please be generous in today’s Collection.
The collection supports pastoral projects in Latin America and the Caribbean that encourage and enrich the lives of the Catholics there. Many communities rely on the help from the CLA Collection to sustain the faith development of their parishioners.
Our community changed lives this Lent, and CRS Rice Bowl wants to say thank you! Don’t forget to turn in your CRS Rice Bowl contributions in the collection basket or in the specially marked receptacles in the Gathering Space.
We prayed, fasted and gave alms—and now we celebrate Easter joy! Our Lenten journey with CRS Rice Bowl ends as we encounter our risen Lord. We reflect on our brothers and sisters whom we have walked with in India, Zambia, El Salvador, Mexico, Ethiopia and Hawaii. And we commit to bring Easter joy to each person we meet in our daily lives. Don’t forget to turn in your CRS Rice Bowl in the specially marked receptacles in the Gathering Space.
Catholic Charities Diocese of Lubbock needs your help. Please give generously this weekend to help the most needy and vulnerable. The Diocese of Lubbock Second Collection benefiting Catholic Charities is this weekend, February 11 and 12.
