no later than noon on Friday,ten days in advance of the date of publication. For Bulletin inserts please contact Destiny at the parish office at least two weeks in advance.
We add events within 1-2 days after they are received. As soon as you know the date, time and location, let us know, even if you have to provide additional information later. The sooner you have your event on the website calendar of events, the better, just remember to let the
know if you change the date or any details about your event.
The staff is willing to promote the events of our many ministries, councils, commissions and organizations. As much as possible, please try to plan well in advance to have your events included in the main body of the bulletin. The deadline is noon Friday, ten days before the Sunday publication date.
In the event that your information is impossible to condense into a short paragraph or is a registration/order form, we will consider inserting it into the actual bulletin. Please remember these guidelines:
To save on expenses for your organization, consider working with another ministry to print on the back side of your insert. To conserve resources, you also may consider printing only a few copies and use them as posters or place a stack on the
designated table in the gathering space for parishioners to pick up as desired.
- We have a limit of two inserts per bulletin, so please reserve your space at least two weeks in advance.
- If we print: email insert (8.5 x 11") to Destiny Castillo by Tuesday prior to approved insert date. Black ink on white paper or on colored paper.
- If you print elsewhere: Provide 600 copies of your inserts by Wednesday
- prior to approved insert date. This is the only way to get full color printing on an insert.
Social Media: Our social media team takes its cues from bulletin and website content and chooses as appropriate to post on Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat or Twitter. If you have special Social Media needs, please let us know when you complete the form below.
Graphic Design: We provide custom design for logos, fliers, brochures, web banners, booths at ministry fair, and so on. These require more time, so please provide us with as much lead time as possible, preferably two to six months.
